Tommy's service to his country has definately NOT been rewarded by the Veterans Administration Hospital in Huntington WV. 1st, they let him walk around for 8 years needing rotator cuff surgery. Then, he was diagnosed with Lymes Disease by a local physician who stated that he had "the worst case of Lymes that I've ever seen" along with babesiosis (a form of malaria) and had had them for "well over 10 years". Tommy had surgery in January and has finished 5 months worth of medicines for Lymes Disease. He will be taking a few months off to recover.
